| WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |

| on Waiver of
School Code Mandates, dated February 27, 2009, |

| with the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the |

| Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g |
| 7 |
| of the School Code; therefore, be it
|
| 8 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 9 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 10 |
| CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Mannheim SD 83 - |
| 11 |
| Cook
with respect to the limitation of administrative costs, |
| 12 |
| identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 13 |
| as request WM100-4945, is disapproved; and be it further
|
| 14 |
| RESOLVED, That each of the school district waiver requests |
| 15 |
| identified below by school district name and by the identifying |
| 16 |
| number and subject area of the waiver request as summarized in |
| 17 |
| the report filed by the State Board of Education is approved |
| 18 |
| for only one year and disapproved for the remaining years: |
