| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Charles E. "Chuck" Crumbacher Jr. of Glen |
| 4 |
| Carbon, who passed away on January 7, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born February 2, 1961, in Du Quoin, the son |
| 6 |
| of Charlie Crumbacher Sr. and the late Katy (Tryban) |
| 7 |
| Crumbacher; on June 8, 1991, in Alton, he married Beth Iman; |
| 8 |
| and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, He was a consultant for CCS Consulting out of |
| 10 |
| Chicago; he was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in |
| 11 |
| Glen Carbon and the Alton Knights of Columbus; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Charles Crumbacher Jr. is survived by his wife, |
| 13 |
| Beth; his two sons, Benjamin Iman Crumbacher and Samuel Tryban |
| 14 |
| Crumbacher; his brother, Jim Crumbacher; his sister, Cindy |
| 15 |
| Hadank and her husband, Mike; his nephew, Adam Hadank; his two |
| 16 |
| nieces, Madeline and Morgan Hadank; and his in-laws, Norm and |
| 17 |
| Carole Iman; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 20 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Charles Crumbacher Jr.; |
