| AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 93

| AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Resolution 93 on page 2, by |

| replacing lines 10 through 20 with the following: |

| "(1) twelve members of the Senate, 6 members appointed |
| 5 |
| by the President of the Senate, and 6 members appointed by |
| 6 |
| the Minority Leader of the Senate; one member appointed by |
| 7 |
| the President of the Senate shall serve as chair of the |
| 8 |
| Task Force; and |
| 9 |
| (2) five members appointed by the Governor, who are not |
| 10 |
| members of the General Assembly, representing a range of |
| 11 |
| interests, including: law enforcement, pawnbrokers, |
| 12 |
| consignment sellers, auctioneers, and insurance |
| 13 |
| companies;".
