| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
James Charles Green of Elmwood Park, who |
| 4 |
| passed away on February 16, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, James Green was the son of James Carl and Joy |
| 6 |
| (Curran) Green; he is survived by his brother, Richard Green; |
| 7 |
| his sister, Dawn Pavelec; his daughters, Samantha Green and |
| 8 |
| Jennifer Green; and his grandson, Paul David Henderson, Jr.; |
| 9 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 11 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 12 |
| his family and friends, the passing of James Charles Green; and |
| 13 |
| be it further
|
| 14 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 15 |
| presented to the family of James Green as an expression of our |
| 16 |
| sympathy.
