| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of
Charles W. Morgan, Jr. of Gillespie, who |
| 4 |
| passed away on February 21, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Charles Morgan, Jr. was born on February 24, 1951 |
| 6 |
| in Litchfield; he was the son of Charles W. Morgan Sr. and |
| 7 |
| Velma Blankenship Morgan; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Charles Morgan, Jr. was employed as a laborer for |
| 9 |
| an auto dealership; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Charles Morgan, Jr. is survived by his brothers, |
| 11 |
| Richard Morgan and Dennis Morgan, and his sisters, Kay Ziegler, |
| 12 |
| Joan Lindsey, and Anna Mae Morgan; therefore, be it
|
| 13 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 14 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 15 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Charles W. Morgan, Jr.; |
| 16 |
| and be it further
|
| 17 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 |
| presented to the family of Charles W. Morgan, Jr. as an |
| 19 |
| expression of our sympathy.
