| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Kenneth James Kramer of Dunlap, who |
| 4 |
| passed away on March 25, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born October 25, 1951, in Queens, New York, |
| 6 |
| to Julius and Evelyn (Brennan) Kramer; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, He married Helene Chapman on October 12, 1974, in |
| 8 |
| Covington, Tennessee; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, He was the strategic accounts manager for Michelin |
| 10 |
| Tire Company of North America, in association with Caterpillar |
| 11 |
| Inc.; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his sister, Susan |
| 13 |
| Smith; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Kenneth Kramer is survived by his wife; his |
| 15 |
| parents; his daughters, Brennan Kramer and Caroline Kramer; his |
| 16 |
| son, Andrew Kramer; and his sister, Carolyn Altinbasak; |

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
