| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of David E. Stolarick of Gurnee, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on August 13, 2008; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, His passion was his love of his family; he helped |
| 6 |
| them grow up to be loving and respectful people; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, David Stolarick was preceded in death by his |
| 8 |
| grandparents; his father and mother, Stephen and Leora |
| 9 |
| Stolarick; his brother, Donald; his son, Matthew; his |
| 10 |
| father-in-law, Edward B. McCarthy; and his brother-in-law, |
| 11 |
| Edward A. McCarthy; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, David E. Stolarick is survived by his wife, Kathy; |
| 13 |
| his daughter, Meredith (Keith) Saum; his sons, Donnie (Cheryl) |
| 14 |
| and Keith (Beef); his grandchildren, David and Ava; his |
| 15 |
| brothers, Don and Stephen (Carolyn); and his mother-in-law, |
| 16 |
| Shirley McCarthy; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |

| his family and friends, the passing of David Stolarick; and be |
