| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
Anna L. Neunaber of Carlinville, who |
| 4 |
| passed away on July 6, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber was born on July 28, 1919 in Palmer; |
| 6 |
| she was the daughter of the late Ed and Loma (Durbin) Green; |
| 7 |
| she married Millard Martin "Cap" Neunaber on November 21, 1939 |
| 8 |
| in Lincoln; he preceded her in death on December 8, 1983; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber was a homemaker and a member of Ss. |
| 10 |
| Mary and Joseph Catholic Church; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber was preceded in death by her |
| 12 |
| husband; her parents; her brother, Walter Green; and her |
| 13 |
| sister, Helen Smith; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber is survived by her sons, Tom |
| 15 |
| Neunaber (Nancy) and Dick Neunaber; her daughter, Linda Walton |
| 16 |
| (Ted); her grandchildren, Michelle Nelson (Rob), Amy Stidham |
| 17 |
| (Bob Jr.), Jeanie Weeks (Gary), Lori Killam (Danny), Eric |
| 18 |
| Neunaber (Megan), and Brad Neunaber (Susan); her 11 |
| 19 |
| great-grandchildren; her brother, William Plopper (Joann); and |
| 20 |
| her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
