| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
Lorraine C. Foy; and
|

| WHEREAS, Lorraine Foy was the beloved wife of Thomas; the |
| 5 |
| loving mother of Laura (Dennis) Hoffman, Debbie (John) Iuro, |
| 6 |
| Dan (Sharon) Foy, and Tracy (Rosemary) Foy; the dearest |
| 7 |
| grandmother of Sandi, Brian (Jamie), John (Renee), Matt, Shana, |
| 8 |
| Katie, Nikki, Alex, Taylor, and Ryan; the devoted |
| 9 |
| great-grandmother of Bradley, Baylee, Daniel, Jenevieve, and |
| 10 |
| Luke; the fond sister of Dolly (Klaus) Dechau; and the beloved |
| 11 |
| aunt of many nieces and nephews; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Lorraine Foy's love of life and ability to live it |
| 13 |
| to the fullest endeared her to her family members, friends, and |
| 14 |
| all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways |
| 15 |
| they will never forget; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 18 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Lorraine C. Foy; and be |
| 19 |
| it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 21 |
| presented to the family of Lorraine Foy as an expression of our |
