| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Yvonne Potts of Elgin, who recently |
| 4 |
| passed away; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was employed at Sherman Hospital for 39 years; |
| 6 |
| and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, John and |
| 8 |
| Martha Johnson; and her sister, Charlotte Albaugh; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, She was the beloved wife of William Sr. for 58 |
| 10 |
| years; the loving mother of William Jr., and Susan (Brian) |
| 11 |
| Hurst; the proud grandmother of six and great-grandmother of |
| 12 |
| four; therefore, be it
|
| 13 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 14 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 15 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Yvonne Potts; and be it |
| 16 |
| further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 |
| presented to the family of Yvonne Potts as a symbol of our |
| 19 |
| sincere sympathy.
