| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
Jennifer R. Evans of Griffith, formerly |
| 4 |
| of Munster, Indiana, who passed away on September 11, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Jennifer Evans was employed at AGT/BP Amoco; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Jennifer Evans was the beloved daughter of Ronald |
| 7 |
| and Mary Ann Evans; the best friend and sister of Kristen |
| 8 |
| (Raymond) Kennedy; the devoted granddaughter of Valerie (the |
| 9 |
| late James) O'Donnell and John (the late Shirley) Evans; the |
| 10 |
| niece of Donald Evans, Pamela (Sterling) Eaton, James (the late |
| 11 |
| Noreen) Coppolillo, Aunt Judy, Uncle John, and Uncle Rick; the |
| 12 |
| godmother of Kailee; and the loving cousin and friend of many; |
| 13 |
| and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Jennifer Evans' love of life and ability to live |
| 15 |
| it to the fullest endeared her to her family members, friends, |
| 16 |
| and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in |
| 17 |
| ways they will never forget; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |

| her family and friends, the passing of Jennifer R. Evans; and |
