SENATE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3
learn of the death of
Danny Stanton; and
  
 
4
    WHEREAS, Danny Stanton was well-known by his family and 
5
friends for his ability to befriend both children and adults 
6
who were lonely or sad through his loving demeanor and 
7
infectious smile; and
  
 
8
    WHEREAS, Danny Stanton enjoyed playing baseball, football, 
9
and kickball with his brother, Johnny; he also enjoyed 
10
attending older kids' baseball games in full uniform and was 
11
always ready to play; and
  
 
12
    WHEREAS, Danny Stanton was a student at Creativo Preschool 
13
in Edgebrook; and
  
 
14
    WHEREAS, Danny Stanton is survived by his parents, Michael 
15
and Mariann; his siblings, Mary Grace, Johnny, and Tommy; and 
16
his grandparents, Thomas and Cheryl Stanton and Mariann 
17
Murtaugh; and
  
 
18
    WHEREAS, Danny Stanton will be remembered by all who knew 
19
and loved him as a very special young man who brought happiness 
20
to everyone he met; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL

ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3
his family and friends, the passing of Danny Stanton; and be it 
4
further

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6
presented to the family of Danny Stanton as an expression of 
7
our sympathy.
