| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
William H. Richter, Jr., who passed away |
| 4 |
| on November 20, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., was born on October 3, 1939; |
| 6 |
| and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., was a graduate of North |
| 8 |
| Chicago High School, where he played football and wrestled; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., was preceded in death by his |
| 10 |
| parents, William H. Richter, Sr. and Genevieve O'dette Richter; |
| 11 |
| and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., is survived by his children, |
| 13 |
| Jennifer, Daphne, and Joe; his 6 grandchildren; and his |
| 14 |
| brother, Ted Richter; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 17 |
| his family and friends, the passing of William H. Richter, Jr.; |
