SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2
    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3
learn of the death of James C. Termini of Fox Lake and 
4
Ingleside, who passed away on July 23, 2009; and
  
 
5
    WHEREAS, He was born on August 12, 1951 in Libertyville to 
6
Mario J. "Marty" and Helen V. (nee, Nash) Termini; and
  
 
7
    WHEREAS, He was united in marriage to Carole (nee, 
8
Hummelgaard) on February 3, 1979 in Ingleside; and
  
 
9
    WHEREAS, He was employed for over 24 years with Rexam 
10
Manufacturing Co. in Buffalo Grove and most recently at Hommer 
11
Tool in Arlington Heights; he enjoyed gardening, taking care of 
12
his yard, boating, the ocean, and spending time with his family 
13
and friends; and
  
 
14
    WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents; and
  
 
15
    WHEREAS, James Termini will be greatly missed by his wife, 
16
Carole; his son, James M.L. Termini; his daughter, Sara (Brad) 
17
Fletcher; his granddaughters, Savannah and Charlotte; and his 
18
siblings, Judith (Wayne) Swanson, John "Jack" (Pat) Termini, 
19
and Kathleen (Ken) St. Onge; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL 
2
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3
his family and friends, the passing of James Termini; and be it 
4
further

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6
presented to the family of James Termini as a symbol of our 
7
sincere sympathy.
