SENATE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3
learn of the death of
David J. Miller of Paddock Lake, 
4
Wisconsin, who passed away on January 1, 2010; and
  
 
5
    WHEREAS, David Miller was born on April 28, 1966, in Lake 
6
Forest; he was a Knollwood resident for most of his life and 
7
lived in Paddock Lake, Wisconsin for the past 8 years; and
  
 
8
    WHEREAS, David Miller graduated from Lake Forest High 
9
School in 1984; and
  
 
10
    WHEREAS, David Miller enjoyed being an auto mechanic, 
11
snowmobiling, watching the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears, 
12
NASCAR, hunting, and fishing; and
  
 
13
    WHEREAS, David Miller was preceded in death by his father, 
14
James V. Miller; his brother, Mark Miller; and his uncle, Ray 
15
Miller; and
  
 
16
    WHEREAS, David Miller is survived by his wife, Amy (nee 
17
Cabri) Miller; his sons, Jared and Justin; his mother, Katy 
18
Miller; his father and mother-in-law, Bruce and Gloria Cabri; 
19
his sister-in-law, Heather Cabri; and his uncle, Phillip 
20
Miller; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL

ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3
his family and friends, the passing of David J. Miller; and be 
4
it further

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6
presented to the family of David Miller as an expression of our 
7
sympathy.
