| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Brian Robert "Bubba" Willms of Kenosha, |
| 4 |
| Wisconsin, who passed away on February 19, 2010; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born January 27, 1959 in Lake Forest, grew |
| 6 |
| up in Waukegan, lived in Beach Park, and settled in Kenosha; |
| 7 |
| formerly he was a member of Wesley Church in Waukegan and |
| 8 |
| belonged to Baptist Tabernacle in Kenosha at the time of his |
| 9 |
| passing; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Brian worked at Johnson Motors and for 30 years |
| 11 |
| with Commonwealth Edison; he was a Union Steward for Local 15, |
| 12 |
| International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, He was an avid Harley rider and a member of |
| 14 |
| Kenosha HOG Chapter; he also enjoyed hunting, camping, bowling, |
| 15 |
| golfing, target shooting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, skiing, |
| 16 |
| and lived a full life of adventure; but most of all, Brian was |
| 17 |
| a hard worker, dedicated Christian, selfless, and was loved by |
| 18 |
| all; and
|
| 19 |
| WHEREAS, He has joined his sister, Buffy Willms Brooks, in |
| 20 |
| Glory; and
|
