| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Arthur W. Halle of Wildwood, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on March 6, 2010; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Arthur W. Halle was born December 16, 1924 in |
| 6 |
| Greenwood, Wisconsin, and had lived in Wildwood since 1970; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, He was a farmer in the Wauconda area for 25 years |
| 8 |
| and later was employed by Olympic Packaging in Mundelein; he |
| 9 |
| was a member of the Farm Bureau and Warren Township Senior |
| 10 |
| Citizens; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and |
| 12 |
| Margaret Halle; by his brothers, Richard and Charles; and his |
| 13 |
| sister, Alvina Carlson; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Arthur Halle is survived by his wife, Betty Halle; |
| 15 |
| his four children, Judith (Rick) Palmer, Bonnie (Richard) Otis, |
| 16 |
| Arthur (Rita) Halle, Jr., and Kathleen Marie Halle; his nine |
| 17 |
| grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; his one |
| 18 |
| great-great-grandchild; his brothers, Paul (Barbara) Halle, |
| 19 |
| Herman (Barbara) Halle, and Martin Halle; and his sister, Mary |
| 20 |
| Beckman; therefore, be it
