| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Ruthann B. Wilhelm of Grayslake, who |
| 4 |
| passed away on March 9, 2010; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Ruthann B. Wilhelm (nee, Brown) was born October |
| 6 |
| 28, 1937 in Libertyville; Ruthann was a loving wife and mother, |
| 7 |
| adoring grandmother, and great grandmother; she loved her |
| 8 |
| family very much; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald |
| 10 |
| and Ruth (nee Clark) Brown; and her brothers, Donald and Eldon |
| 11 |
| Brown; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Ruthann Wilhelm is survived by her husband Walter; |
| 13 |
| her children, Perry (Sandy) Wilhelm, Brenda (Greg) Larson, and |
| 14 |
| Todd (Kathy) Wilhelm; her grandchildren, Kyle (Alinda) |
| 15 |
| Wilhelm, Mattie Larson, Brett Wilhelm, Kasey Larson, Brian |
| 16 |
| Wilhelm, Hunter Larson, Courtney Wilhelm, Eric Wilhelm, and |
| 17 |
| Alyssa Wilhelm; her great-granddaughter, Paige Wilhelm; and |
| 18 |
| her brother, George Brown; therefore, be it
