| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Arlene Marie Gaynor (nee, Byron), of |
| 4 |
| Tinley Park, who passed away on March 25, 2010; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Arlene Gaynor was the beloved wife of William E. |
| 6 |
| Gaynor for 53 years; the devoted mother of Maryanne (Leonard) |
| 7 |
| Martinkus, Billy (Brenda), Brian (Marianne), Tricia (Michael) |
| 8 |
| Keller, Mark (Karen), Neal (Becky), and Erin (Finley); the |
| 9 |
| adored grandmother of 26; the great-grandmother of two; the |
| 10 |
| fun-loving sister of Barbara (John) Czabala, Joan "Bunny" (Jim) |
| 11 |
| Butler, and the late Bill (Maureen) Byron; the sweet aunt of |
| 12 |
| many and a dear friend to all; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 15 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Arlene Gaynor; and be it |
| 16 |

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |

| presented to the family of Arlene Gaynor as a symbol of our |

| sincere sympathy.
