| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of
Nello M. DiGenova of Wauconda, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on April 26, 2010; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Nello DiGenova was born on January 11, 1920, in |
| 6 |
| Canada; he was a resident of Wauconda for 30 years; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Nello DiGenova served his country with pride and |
| 8 |
| distinction as a member of the United States Army during World |
| 9 |
| War II; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Nello DiGenova was the proud father of Dolores |
| 11 |
| (Robert) Krucek; the loving grandfather of Anthony (Joleen), |
| 12 |
| Paul (Kerry), and Daniel (Katherine); the cherished |
| 13 |
| great-grandfather of Paige, Ava, and Vivian; the dear brother |
| 14 |
| of Lillian Pelzman and Violet Pavese; and the fond uncle of |
| 15 |
| many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 17 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 18 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Nello M. DiGenova; and |
| 19 |
| be it further
