| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
Patricia J. Hidden of Norwood, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on May 24, 2010; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden was born on August 30, 1936, in |
| 6 |
| Peoria; she was the daughter of John Edward and Evelyn Marie |
| 7 |
| Stevens; she married John F. Hidden on May 20, 1955, in Peoria; |
| 8 |
| and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden was very active with the Peoria |
| 10 |
| County Board; she was a past member of the Limestone Fire |
| 11 |
| Protection District Board, the Limestone Township Board, the |
| 12 |
| Norwood Village Board, and the Norwood School PTO; she was also |
| 13 |
| an election judge for more than 40 years and served as a deputy |
| 14 |
| registrar; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden was preceded in death by her 2 |
| 16 |
| brothers and her grandson; and
|
| 17 |
| WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden is survived by her husband; her |
| 18 |
| sons, Michael Tod (Reina) Hidden, Gregg Richard (Suzanne) |
| 19 |
| Hidden, Eric Jon (Stephanie) Hidden, and Jason Kurt Hidden; her |
| 20 |
| sister, Kay Hefti; her 10 grandchildren; her 4 |
| 21 |
| great-grandchildren; and her numerous nieces and nephews; |
