| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of William Hugh "Will" Kelley of Palatine, |
| 4 | | who passed away on May 21, 2010; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, He was born March 20, 1993, in Arlington Heights; |
| 6 | | and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, He was a talented athlete who played on Fremd High |
| 8 | | School's soccer team and lacrosse team; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, He was also an accomplished Honor Roll student; |
| 10 | | and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Will was the son of John J. and Joan L. (nee |
| 12 | | Olson) Kelley; the loving brother of Megan, Drew, and Mitchell; |
| 13 | | and the cherished grandson of Beth (the late Lester) Olson and |
| 14 | | Patricia (the late Joseph) Kelley; therefore, be it
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 17 | | his family and friends, the passing of William Kelley; and be |
| 18 | | it further
