SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Lester A. Interrante Sr. of Des Plaines, 
4who passed away on July 17, 2010; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Lester Interrante Sr. was a member of the 
6"Greatest Generation" who served in the Army in World War II at 
7Normandy and throughout France; and
  
 

  
8    WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and 
9Carl; and his brother, George; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Lester Interrante was the brother of Lillian and 
11the beloved husband of Mary for 67 years; he was the much loved 
12father of Bette Ann (Caesar) Vitale, Mary (Sigfried) Hausner, 
13Jackie Burns, Lester Jr. (Mary) Interrante, Patti (Razz) 
14Jenkins, Gina (Brian) Watzke, Meg Harris, and Tim (Christine) 
15Interrante; the loving grandfather of Lisa, Christopher, 
16Andrew, Emily, Audrey, Eleanor, the late Danny, Matthew, 
17Nicholas, Vanessa, Natalie, Cuyler, Monica, Ben, Cameron, 
18Aannah, Ava, and Cal; and the great-grandfather of Max, Clark, 
19Ralph, Piper, Vivien, Henry, Teddy, Quentin, Mark, and McKenna; 
20therefore, be it
  
 
21    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
2his family and friends, the passing of Lester Interrante Sr.; 
3and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Lester Interrante as a symbol of our 
6sincere sympathy.
