SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Jennifer Preuss of House Springs, 
4Missouri, formerly of Christopher, who passed away on August 
521, 2010; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Jennifer (Gilbert) Preuss was born November 9, 
71971, in Du Quoin, to Randy and Becky (Spruell) Gilbert; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Jennifer was an all-around exquisite person with a 
9kind heart and a deep passion for others; she taught at 
10Northwest R-1 School District for 14 years and devoted her life 
11to the education of children; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, She adored scrapbooking and serving as the 
13computer technician for Cedar Springs Elementary School; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe 
15Gilbert and Charlie Spruell; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Jennifer Preuss is survived by her husband, Chris 
17Preuss; her two children, Jordyn Preuss and CJ Preuss; her 
18parents, Randy and Becky (Spruell) Gilbert; her brother, Rodney 
19Gilbert; her grandparents, Helen Gilbert and Betty Spruell; her 
20many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other relatives and

1friends; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
4her family and friends, the passing of Jennifer Preuss; and be 
5it further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Jennifer Preuss as a symbol of our 
8sincere sympathy.
