| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Lester A. Interrante Sr. of Des Plaines, |
| 4 | | who passed away on July 17, 2010; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lester Interrante Sr. was a member of the |
| 6 | | "Greatest Generation" who served in the Army in World War II at |
| 7 | | Normandy and throughout France; just last year he took the |
| 8 | | Honor Flight to Washington D.C. to see the World War II |
| 9 | | Memorial; and

| 10 | | WHEREAS, Lester Interrante Sr. is buried at the Abraham |
| 11 | | Lincoln National Cemetery; and |
| 12 | | WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and |
| 13 | | Carl; and his brother, George; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Lester Interrante Sr. was the beloved husband of |
| 15 | | Mary for 67 years; he was the much loved father of Bette Ann |
| 16 | | (Caesar) Vitale, Mary (Sigfried) Hausner, Jackie Burns, Lester |
| 17 | | Jr. (Mary) Interrante, Patti (Razz) Jenkins, Gina (Brian) |
| 18 | | Watzke, Meg Harris, and Tim (Christine) Interrante; the loving |
| 19 | | grandfather of Lisa, Christopher, Andrew, Emily, Audrey, |
| 20 | | Eleanor, the late Danny, Matthew, Nicholas, Vanessa, Natalie, |
| 21 | | Cuyler, Monica, Ben, Cameron, Aannah, Ava, and Cal; the beloved |
