| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Ted A. Schultz of Lake Bluff, formerly of |
| 4 | | Wheeling, who recently passed away; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Ted Schultz was preceded in death by many aunts |
| 6 | | and uncles; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Ted Schultz was the beloved son of Sheila (the |
| 8 | | late Robert) Schultz; the loving brother of Kathy (Tom Hedlin) |
| 9 | | Ryg, Richard (Marilyn Melton) Schultz, Daniel (Kelly Wilson) |
| 10 | | Schultz, LeeAnn (Al) Ali, Dirk Schultz, and the late Peter |
| 11 | | Schultz; he was the dear uncle of Karyn (Steve), Lindsay, Erin, |
| 12 | | Blake, Jeff, Melissa, Derek, Alyssa, and Sophia; he is also |
| 13 | | survived by his faithful companion, Kathy Evert, and her |
| 14 | | children, Jeremy and Kevin; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 17 | | his family and friends, the passing of Ted Schultz; and be it |
| 18 | | further

| 19 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 | | presented to the family of Ted Schultz as a symbol of our |
| 21 | | sincere sympathy.
