| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Theodore Ross Diaz, formerly of Alton and |
| 4 | | the Alton area, who passed away on October 10, 2010; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, He was born on March 2, 1953, in Alton, to |
| 6 | | Theodore Emilio Diaz and Delorice Armbruster Diaz; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, He graduated from Southern Illinois University |
| 8 | | and from the Northern Illinois University College of Law; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Before moving to California, he was a practicing |
| 10 | | attorney in the Alton area for the past 28 years, as well as a |
| 11 | | nature photographer; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Theodore Diaz is survived by his children, |
| 13 | | Nathaniel T. Diaz, Jonathan D. Diaz, and Anna Diaz Linenfelser |
| 14 | | and her husband, Charles; his siblings and their spouses, Linda |
| 15 | | A. and Michael J. Diaz, Susan D. and William M. Saunders, and |
| 16 | | Sharon E. Diaz; his grandson, Charles A. L. Linenfelser; and |
| 17 | | his nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
|
| 18 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 19 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 20 | | his family and friends, the passing of Theodore Diaz; and be it |
