SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of William L. O. Kline of Waukegan, formerly 
4of North Chicago and Kenosha, who passed away on November 13, 
52010; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, He was born July 6, 1952 in Lake Forest, and was 
7married 30 years to his loving wife, Terry (nee Nitsche); and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, He was employed at St. Therese Medical Center from 
91972 to 2004 as a security officer and also at Sheridan Health 
10Care Center from 2005 to 2010; he attended North Chicago 
11Community High School; and
  
 
  
12    WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond 
13Sr. and Elizabeth Kline; his sister, Margaret Kline; his niece, 
14Rebecca Kline-Jackson; and his maternal grandparents, Michael 
15and Catherine Miller; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, William Kline is survived by his wife, Terry; his 
17brothers and sisters, Raymond Kline Jr., Martha "Bea" (Roy) 
18Hogan, Frances "Fran" Valdez, Robert "Bob" Kline Sr., Donald 
19"Donnie" (Bronica) Kline, and Patricia "Pat" (Richard "Ski") 
20Leckman; and many loving nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3his family and friends, the passing of William Kline; and be it 
4further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of William Kline as a symbol of our 
7sincere sympathy.
