SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Daniel J. Seidl, who passed away on 
4September 19, 2010; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, He was born on August 5, 1989 to Jim and Nicki 
6Seidl in Palos Heights; he attended Most Holy Redeemer School 
7and Evergreen Park Community High School, graduating in 2008; 
8and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, His photograph, "Sad Story" hangs in the halls of 
10Evergreen Park Community High School as an example of his 
11photography skills; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, He attended Moraine Valley Community College and 
13simultaneously Columbia College, working on photography; he 
14then transferred to Southern Illinois University to major in 
15photojournalism; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, While attending Southern Illinois University he 
17worked with the Boys and Girls Club of Carbondale, volunteering 
18over 200 hours of service to the organization; he also enjoyed 
19music and skateboarding; and
  
 
20    WHEREAS, Daniel Seidl was the cherished and loving son of

1Nicolette (nee Panico) and James J. Seidl; the devoted brother 
2of Joseph and Laura; the beloved grandson of Joseph (and the 
3late Phyllis) Seidl, Carmen and Sharon Panico, and Arline and 
4Robert Esposito; and the treasured nephew and cousin of many; 
5therefore, be it
  
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL 
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
8his family and friends, the passing of Daniel Seidl; and be it 
9further
  
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
11presented to the family of Daniel Seidl as a symbol of our 
12sincere sympathy.
