SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Judith Ann Robbins (nee, Will) who passed
4away on December 2, 2010; and
 
5    WHEREAS, She had a great love of family, cards, and sports,
6especially her Chicago Cubs; she was an avid softball, tennis,
7and basketball player; and
 
8    WHEREAS, She attended the Cathedral of St. Raymond Grade
9School, graduated from St. Francis Academy in 1976, and was
10employed at Al Baskin/Mark Shale for 20 years; and
 
11    WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, John R.
12and Mary M. (nee Long) Will; her nephew, David; and her
13great-niece, Cami; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Judith Robbins is survived by her loving husband
15of 19 years, Andrew L. Robbins; her sisters, Patti (Bill)
16Widlowski, Peggy (Willie) Simpson, Mary (Paul) Jaworski, and
17Jacquie (Tony) Sartoris; her brother, Jim (Paulie) Will; her
18in-laws, Danny and Judy (Keigher) Robbins; her
19brothers-in-law, Patrick (Kim) and Marty (Kristin) Robbins;
20her sisters-in-law, Sally (Matt) Gore, Katie (Mike) Horath, and
21Mollie (Jason) Grizzle; her 34 nieces and nephews; her 21

1great-nieces and nephews; and her aunts, uncles, cousins, and
2many friends; therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
5her family and friends, the passing of Judith Robbins; and be
6it further
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8presented to the family of Judith Robbins as a symbol of our
9sincere sympathy.
