| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of
James W. Goodall, who passed away on |
| 4 | | October 30, 2010; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, James Goodall was born in Odin on April 26, 1936; |
| 6 | | he was the son of Marjorie Bundy Goodall and the late Wallace |
| 7 | | Goodall; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, James Goodall attended Western Kentucky |
| 9 | | University on a basketball scholarship and graduated from |
| 10 | | Southern Illinois University in Carbondale; he subsequently |
| 11 | | taught and coached varsity basketball at Coulterville High |
| 12 | | School for 2 years; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, James Goodall served as Vice President of Foam |
| 14 | | Fabricators until his retirement in 2003 after 35 years of |
| 15 | | service; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, James Goodall was a member of the Asbury United |
| 17 | | Methodist Church; he was also a member of the Board of |
| 18 | | Directors of the Kahwka Club and the Society of Plastics |
| 19 | | Engineers; and
|
| 20 | | WHEREAS, James Goodall is survived by his wife of 51 years, |
