| 2 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 3 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that a Committee of 3 |
| 4 | | members of the Senate be appointed, 2 members to be appointed |
| 5 | | by the President and one member to be appointed by the Minority |
| 6 | | Leader, to: (i) approve the final Journals of the Senate of the |
| 7 | | Ninety-Sixth General Assembly where such journals have not, |
| 8 | | prior to the adjournment sine die, been approved by the body as |
| 9 | | a whole and (ii) review, correct, and thereafter approve as |
| 10 | | final all Journals, transcripts, and exhibits of the Senate of |
| 11 | | the Ninety-Sixth General Assembly sitting as an impeachment |
| 12 | | tribunal for the trial of Governor Rod R. Blagojevich, pursuant |
| 13 | | to Senate Resolution 6 of the Ninety-Sixth General Assembly.
