| 3 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 23 through 26 with the following: |
| 4 | | ""Police station" means a municipal police station, or a |
| 5 | | county sheriff's
office, a campus police department located on |
| 6 | | any college or university owned or controlled by the State or |
| 7 | | any private college or private university that is not owned or |
| 8 | | controlled by the State when employees of the campus police |
| 9 | | department are present, or any of the district headquarters of |
| 10 | | the Illinois State Police."; and

| 11 | | on page 3, by deleting line 1; and
|
| 12 | | on page 3, by inserting after line 17 the following:

| 13 | | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.".
