AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 147 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 147, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 13, line 2, by replacing "drugs" with "cannabis as 
5covered by the Cannabis Control Act, a controlled substance 
6listed in the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, 
7methamphetamine as listed in the Methamphetamine Control and 
8Community Protection Act, or any intoxicating compound listed 
9in the Use of Intoxicating Compounds Act"; and


 
10on page 13, line 20, by replacing "drugs" with "cannabis as 
11covered by the Cannabis Control Act, a controlled substance 
12listed in the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, 
13methamphetamine as listed in the Methamphetamine Control and 
14Community Protection Act, or any intoxicating compound listed 
15in the Use of Intoxicating Compounds Act"; and
 
16on page 13, below line 25, by inserting the following:

1    "(d) The cost of a reasonable suspicion test shall be the 
2responsibility of the employer, unless otherwise provided by 
3contract or a collective bargaining agreement.".
