| 5 | on page 5, by replacing lines 13 through 23 with the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect one year | ||||||
| 7 | after becoming law."; and | ||||||
| 8 | by deleting pages 6 and 7.
