| 8 | | Beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
| 9 | | 97th General Assembly, whenever an applicant for or recipient |
| 10 | | of public aid benefits under this Code applies for such |
| 11 | | benefits or the renewal of such benefits, the Department of |
| 12 | | Human Services shall notify the Illinois State Police of the |
| 13 | | applicant's or recipient's full name, date of birth, social |
| 14 | | security number, and current address.".
