AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 220




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 220, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41 as follows:


 
5on page 2, by replacing line 2 with:
6"then, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the 
7contrary, the license of the health care worker shall by 
8operation"; and 
 
9on page 2, line 20, by replacing "an acceptable" with "a"; and
 
10on page 2, by replacing line 21 with:
11"administrative order that is acceptable to the Department 
12within 10 days after"; and
 
13on page 2, by replacing line 26 with:
14"license until the completion of the criminal proceedings.";

8on page 4, immediately below line 12, by inserting the 
9following:
