| 4 | on page 3, line 7, by replacing "$100" with "$150. Counties | ||||||
| 5 | that can reasonably demonstrate that a greater fee is necessary | ||||||
| 6 | to cover the county's administrative costs related to issuing | ||||||
| 7 | permits for distributed wind energy generation devices can | ||||||
| 8 | require a fee that shall never be greater than a total of $350. | ||||||
