| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 251 on page 12, by |
| 3 | | deleting lines 8 through 16; and

| 4 | | on page 13, immediately below line 24, by inserting the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "(c) In addition to any payments made under Section 13 of |
| 7 | | this Act, each owners licensee shall pay monthly an amount |
| 8 | | equal to 0.5% of its
adjusted gross receipts to the Department |
| 9 | | of Human Services for the purposes of funding the compulsive |
| 10 | | gambling program established under Section 5-20 of the |
| 11 | | Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and Dependency Act until the |
| 12 | | total monthly amount from all owners licensees equals |
| 13 | | one-twelfth of $10,000,000.".
