2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 287 as follows:

3 on page 1, lines 4 and 5, by replacing "Sections 10-20.9a and

4 14-16.01" with "Section 10-20.9a"; and

5 on page 3, lines 16 and 17, by deleting "or due to the student

6 having an undiagnosed learning disability"; and

7 on page 3, immediately below line 17, by inserting the

8 following:

9 "(c) Any student information disclosed under this Section

10 is subject to the provisions of the Illinois School Student

11 Records Act."; and

12 on page 3, by deleting lines 18 through 25; and

13 by deleting pages 4 through 6; and

2 on page 8, lines 11 and 12, by deleting "or due to the student

3 having an undiagnosed learning disability"; and

7 is subject to the provisions of the Illinois School Student

8 Records Act."; and

9 on page 8, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "upon becoming law"

10 with "July 1, 2011".
