| 6 | | by replacing lines 24 through 26 on page 7 and line 1 on page 8 |
| 7 | | with the following:

| 8 | | "(f) The Task Force shall report to the Governor and the |
| 9 | | General Assembly its findings, including recommendations as to |
| 10 | | any employment restrictions that are not reasonably related to |
| 11 | | public safety, by September 1, 2012.".
