AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 503 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 503, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:
 
5on page 2, by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:
 
6        "(3) compensation paid to vendors for contractual or 
7    salaried employees of the vendor who are Illinois residents 
8    and who perform"; and
 
9on page 3, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
 
10        "(1) an amount equal to 30% of the (i) Illinois 
11    production spending and (ii) Illinois labor expenditure 
12    for the taxable year; and"; and
 
13on page 4, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following:
