| 4 | | "Section 5. The Metropolitan Transit Authority Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 55 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 55. Sick leave, vacation leave, and personal leave |
| 8 | | policy. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, |
| 9 | | the Authority may not have a sick leave, vacation leave, or |
| 10 | | personal leave policy unless the Board adopts the policy by |
| 11 | | ordinance or resolution. Any sick leave, vacation leave, or |
| 12 | | personal leave policy adopted by the Board must apply uniformly |
| 13 | | to all employees of the Authority.".
