| 7 | | Sec. 8.56. Motorcycle-only roadside checkpoints. A law |
| 8 | | enforcement agency of this State or a political subdivision of |
| 9 | | this State may not accept federal funding the purpose of which |
| 10 | | is to establish motorcycle-only roadside checkpoints.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
