AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1078




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1078 by replacing 
3lines 11 through 23 of page 1 and line 1 of page 2 with the 
4following:


5        "(1) one member appointed by the Department of State 
6    Police who shall represent the Chicago Police Department;
7        (2) one member appointed by the Department of State 
8    Police who shall represent the Cook County Sheriff's 
9    Department;
10        (3) four members appointed by the Department of State 
11    Police;
12        (4) two members appointed by the Illinois Law 
13    Enforcement Training Standards Board who shall represent 
14    the canine industry;
15        (5) two members appointed by the Department of State 
16    Police who shall represent a statewide organization of 
17    police officers; and
18        (6) the chairperson of the Illinois Law Enforcement
