| 3 | | 10, immediately after the period, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "If an organization owns a movable soccer goal and enters into |
| 5 | | an agreement allowing an affiliate to use that goal, then that |
| 6 | | agreement must require the affiliate to (i) comply with the |
| 7 | | anchoring, securing, and counterweighting requirements |
| 8 | | specified in this Section and (ii) assume responsibility for |
| 9 | | complying with those requirements.".
