| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 2, on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 14 the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "Nothing in this Section shall prevent the Department or |
| 7 | | body having jurisdiction over the roadway from imposing a |
| 8 | | temporary speed limit within 2,000 feet of the primary entrance |
| 9 | | or entrances of a school or schools, when the Department or |
| 10 | | body having jurisdiction over the roadway, in its discretion, |
| 11 | | determines that an emergency situation exists warranting a |
| 12 | | change in the current speed limit.".
