| 4 | on page 1, line 23, by deleting "and"; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 1, immediately below line 23, by inserting the | ||||||
| 6 | following: | ||||||
| 7 | "(6) two members appointed by the Secretary of State | ||||||
| 8 | Police; and"; and | ||||||
| 9 | on page 2, line 1, by replacing "(6)" with "(7)".
