| 5 | | on page 10, line 22, by deleting "It"; and
|
| 6 | | by replacing lines 23 through 26 on page 10 and lines 1 through |
| 7 | | 4 on page 11 with the following: |
| 8 | | "The provisions of Sections 2-110, 2-201.6, and 2-216 of the |
| 9 | | Nursing Home Care Act and not this subsection (g-5) apply to |
| 10 | | residents of nursing homes licensed under that Act.".
