| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1293 on page 3, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following: |
| 4 | | "village clerk in the case of a village, to the president or |
| 5 | | town clerk in the case of a town, or in the case of Chicago to |
| 6 | | the city clerk and the alderman for the ward in which the |
| 7 | | property is located provided pursuant to Section"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 14, line 19, by replacing "sentby" with "sent by"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 15, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following: |
| 10 | | "village, to the president or town clerk in the case of a town, |
| 11 | | or in the case of Chicago to the city clerk and the alderman |
| 12 | | for the ward in which the property is located provided pursuant |
| 13 | | to Section 2-211 of the Code of Civil".
